This is the second summer since we had Statewide Top Choice Roofing treat the roof on our pallet factory. We are so very pleased we made the decision to use this company and listen to their advice on how best to proceed in the revitalization of our roof. We thought the only options available to us were a complete replacement or a patch and seal again. The replacement was so costly and not an expenditure we wanted to take on at that time. Statewide Top Choice Roofing had a much better option for us. It was affordable and upon completion functioned much better than a new metal roof would have. We no longer have leaks, condensation or heat transfer from the sun. And the look of the roof is amazing! This coating reflects the heat of the sun to the point that we wanted to know exactly the difference between the inside working temperature and the actual outside temperature. Last week, a very hot and humid week, we did check. The outside temperature on the cement dock was 95 degrees yet the inside was a relatively comfortable 78 degrees. Our buildings are necessarily open on both ends. Due to the nature of our business and the size of our buildings, air conditioning is not an option. We could not be happier with our 'new' roof installed by Statewide Top Choice Roofing. They will have all my future roofing business!
